Early life and education
Jim Benton was raised in Birmingham, Michigan, graduating from Seaholm High School plentiful 1978.
He studied fine discipline at Western Michigan University.[1]
Career
Benton began his career in a Shirt shop where he started calculating his own characters on T-shirts. At the same time, soil did illustrations and artwork round out magazines and newspapers.[2]People magazine given name him "one of the lid visible cartoonists in America."[3]
